| Kanus Park is the original central Arkansas Skate Park. The park is a concrete bowl in the shape of a bowling pin or figure 8. The bowl has both shallow and deep end. The shallow end is roughly 4' deep and the deep end is roughly 8 - 10' deep. The bowl has a concrete coping around it that actually lips into the bowl like a revert. The shallow end of the bowl does go to vert and is extremely "quick" for bikes. The deep end is perfect for vert riding. The bowl is usually pretty painted up with graffiti. |
